Job Responsibilities: * Simulation for validation of recommended changes to current process * Involved in Kaizen events with assisting in implementation for proposed improvements * Assist in 5s activities to improve the workflow and environment of the employees * Participate in launch projects * Updates and maintains procedures and documents related to the Industrial Engineering position * Review and validate standard work documentation * Review and validate balance chart of lines * Review and validate production capacity sheets * Review and validate equipment contingency plans * Comply and develop reporting for Industrial Engineering KPI's * BS in Industrial Engineering or related field such as manufacturing or mechanical engineering, required. * 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment will be considered. * Master's degree in engineering field a plus. * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Proficient in computer skills: * Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc * Negotiation skills, planning, leadership skills Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
