Gas card
You are on salary but only work over with no pay and don’t leave early. When you go to work on the equipment everyone in the building comes over and gets in the way and you can’t say anything to them and the biggest is the benefits are the worst i ever seen.
There weren’t any
They are out of touch with the employees and rave about family core values and you are nothing but a number if that at that place.
I would fire everyone with in management especially the service department.
I didn’t… they can’t keep help because of how they are so it doesn’t take a lot to get hired there. There is a ton of turnover and now I know why.
It was low but they think they make up for it by giving you a beat up truck with 200,000 on it to drive.
It also was non existent at this place.
Working on equipment and getting things running again
Washington Employees were the only good thing about this company.
This family once wonderful family owned business is being ruined by the elitist, self serving duo at the top and gaining a very poor reputation not just with employees but also with customers.

Often do the job of multiple people and DO NOT get compensation. Pay less than standard.
