Role Description
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager - HCP/Clinical who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about bringing evidence-based innovation to clinicians treating major depressive disorder and other brain health conditions. This is a high-impact role responsible for strengthening Magnus Medicals clinical credibility and enabling our teams with the tools they need to communicate the value of SAINT Depression Therapy with clarity, accuracy, and confidence.
In this role, you will support Magnus B2B/HCP commercialization efforts by owning clinical messaging, developing science-informed sales materials and education events, managing competitive intelligence, supporting launches for new products and indications, and ensuring all HCP-facing content adheres to regulatory and brand standards. Youll work cross-functionally across Commercial, Product, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure all HCP marketing programs meet the highest standards of compliance, precision, and impact - especially as Magnus prepares for expanded indications and future pipeline product introductions.
Responsibilities:
HCP Marketing & Positioning
Develop high-quality, evidence-based sales enablement materials (slide decks, brochures, battle cards, FAQs, etc.)
Translate complex clinical data into clear, compelling messaging for clinicians and hospital administrators
Partner with Clinical and Medical Affairs to maintain core clinical claims and positioning across HCP channels
Collaborate across Clinical and Commercial teams to own and evolve educational webinar strategy, content, and execution
Develop and lead HCP-facing marketing efforts with regards to conferences, trade shows, and provider education events
New Product & Indication Launch Support
Support launch planning for new products, updates, software enhancements, and expanded treatment indications
Partner with Product and Clinical teams to build foundational launch assets including claims architecture, value propositions, training materials, KOL marketing, and HCP collateral
Competitive Intelligence
Monitor competitors in neuromodulation and depression treatment modalities (TMS, ECT, ketamine, emerging technologies and therapies), developing comparative materials and ensuring field teams are armed with the most current comparisons
Deliver concise competitive insights and tools to support Sales positioning and handling of objections or clinical analysis by customers and prospects
Regulatory & Medical Review
Support Marketing and Product teams with content submission, tracking, and approval through Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and external reviewers for all clinical and product-focused materials
Ensure all HCP-facing assets meet Magnus standards for integrity, compliance, and clinical accuracy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Clinical, Product, Medical Affairs, and leadership to ensure aligned messaging and brand identity
Support product lifecycle marketing as evidence, real-world data, and market dynamics evolve
Ideal Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
35 years of experience in product marketing and/or HCP/clinical marketing, preferably in medtech, medical devices, mental health, or a regulated healthcare environment
Strong writing, organizational, and project management skills
Proven ability to interpret and simplify clinical/technical information and translate into impactful Sales and Marketing messaging
Experience with regulated content review process
Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
Experience supporting product or indication launches across both HCP and patient audiences is a plus

Role and Responsibilities
Director, M&A and Strategic Investments, CBD Legal. This position would be in our Corporate Business Development (CBD) Legal group, and would report to the Managing Director, CBD Legal.
Deal Counsel. The attorney's primary role would be as deal counsel supporting all aspects of the Corporate Business Development group's activities, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic investments. Specifically, the attorney would be involved in:
Review M&A pipeline review decks and drive regulatory assessment review by antitrust, CFIUS and FDI counsel of potential transactions, including coordinating input from the applicable business unit leaders and technologists
