Job Summary:
The Mail Theft Triage and Maintenance Support position provides task-specific support for volume attack Mail Theft investigations in the Inspection Service field division offices. The analyst will augment career staff to ensure: mail receptacles identified by the Inspection Service as requiring repair or are vulnerable to theft receive the appropriate repair or security enhancement, coordination with USPS Maintenance, the timely triage of recovered mail, the processing of evidence, and the execution of related Victim Notification support activities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
The position is narrowly defined to address known challenges regarding mail receptacle maintenance security, triage of recovered mail, processing of mail theft evidence and the execution of VES support activities. The Mail Theft Triage and Maintenance Support position shall not support other programs, nor be tasked with other activities normally performed by Inspectors, General Analysts, or ISOTS. Approved work duties and tasks include:
Mail receptacle security - Ensure relevant USPS stakeholders are notified of Mail Receptacle break-ins; liaison with Homeowner Associations, Apartment Complex Managers, etc., to identify and facilitate Mail receptacle upgrades or replacements; coordinate and maintain relationships with mailbox venders, USPS Engineering, and USPS Maintenance; assist with the ordering, deployment, and tracking of keys and locks for each appropriate unit. Monitor the time needed to replace damaged mail receptacles; streamline and troubleshoot the repair and replacement process to achieve established standards; verify equipment repairs, replacements, and upgrades were completed as planned. Monitor and track USPS Arrow Key accountability.
Mail theft reporting and analysis - Review of mail theft related crime reporting; ensure Break-in Reports are complete and entered into supporting systems; analyze data to identify risk areas; designate units to be upgraded with enhanced security features. Triage of recovered mail: Identify mail of evidentiary value, contact customers, and coordinate authorization to retain. Document & return mail to customers. Communication with customers will be via email and letter mail.
Processing of Mail Theft Case evidence - Photocopying, data entry, disposition, etc.
Victim Entry Services (VES) - VES data entry.
Coordinate Victim Notification Mailings - Coordinate victim survey mailings and form letters, process responses, create and maintain spreadsheets.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of three years of work experience demonstrating the ability to organize information and communicate results effectively orally and in writing.
General knowledge of federal statutes;
Ability to communicate orally and in writing sufficient to express thoughts and ideas to a variety of people;
Proficiency conducting research on the internet and commercial as well as public databases;
Ability to assist in the analysis of investigative results and present sound recommendations for additional investigative action;
Ability to assist in the development of civil and/or criminal cases for prosecution;
Ability to perform the appropriate analytical techniques or methods;
Ability to support complex criminal and/or civil investigations;
Ability to effectively work with direct supervision;
Ability to support the preparation of a final work product;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Knowledge of the US Postal Service and Mail Theft Investigations is desired.

Deal Processing and Documentation
Review all deal jackets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to posting.
Responsible for daily closing and posting of retail, wholesale, and dealer swap deals across assigned stores. Work collaboratively with the accounting team to ensure all deals are processed accurately and on schedule.
Verify all collected funds and confirm the accuracy of associated deal paperwork prior to final posting.

Mail Courier (Part-Time)
Mail clerk job in Weymouth Town, MA
The Mail Courier (PT) is responsible for
keeping the building and premises in a clean orderly condition through general custodial duties. Deliver inter-office mail, documents, packages, etc. between branch offices multiple times a day. Sort incoming mail from P.O. Box and South Shore Bank branches. This is an in-person, part-time position (20 hours per week: M-F, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Post all outgoing mail daily.
• Sorts and delivers interoffice mail to all departments and branch locations.
• Travel to all delivery sites using Bank owned vehicle while maintaining log of time.
• Performs special deliveries and pickups from off-site locations.
• Picks up and drops off mail at post office.
• Maintains a neat and organized mail room.
• Use of own vehicle may be required, and mileage reimbursement would be provided.
• Assist in training others on use of mail equipment and courier daily processes.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels and sills.
• Empties waste baskets and cleans outside receptacles.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Cleans snow, ice and debris from sidewalk.
• Waters flowers and grass.
• Change spring water bottle coolers.
• Other duties may be assigned.

PAY RANGE DISCLOSURE
The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour and is the lowest to highest rate Charlesbridge in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
