DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages in a timely manner • Process outgoing mail, including weighing, affixing postage, and ensuring compliance with postal regulations • Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, envelope openers, and letter folding machines • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail and shipments • Monitor and order mailroom supplies, including envelopes, stamps, and packaging materials • Provide front desk coverage daily during lunch breaks and PTO absences • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate contacts • Greet and check in guests, ensuring proper security procedures are followed • Assist with processing FedEx shipments and managing the shared inbox for shipping requests • Support invoice processing for mailroom vendors (ex: FedEx, UPS, USPS, TNT Express, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Purolater, Pitney Bowes, Iron Mountain, etc.) • Help track and manage postage machine leases and monthly invoice payments • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements QUALIFICATIONS Required: • High School Diploma or GED • Minimum 2 years of experience in a mailroom or administrative support role Preferred: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Basic knowledge of postal regulations and mailroom equipment
