Travel to the local post office, either upon request or according to established schedules, transportation of documents, supplies, mail to meet the needs of the business. You will also process and prepare incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and supplies of assigned locations and departments, ensuring continuous flow of interoffice mail.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
Sort and deliver documents, all classes of mail, packages, and shipments to all locally assigned departments/offices.
Ensure mail, packages and supplies are collected, prepared. processed, and delivered in a timely manner.
Collect mail from Post Office PO boxes each business morning.
Organize and coordinate outbound interoffice mail, working closely with department points of contact.
Receive and distribute certified or registered mail and packages.
Drive to the various branch locations in the Greater Baltimore Area to make deliveries; travels to out-of-state branch locations may be required.
Responsible for loading and unloading deliveries using hand trucks and other delivery assistance devices.
Responsible for completing and maintaining all required paperwork.
Support and complete additional mailroom duties as assigned.
May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Other Details
Reports And Other Deliverables: The ProSidian Engagement Team is responsible for delivering the tasks described in the statement of work for this project. Specific deliverables consist of the following:
a) Weekly Status Report: The ProSidian Engagement Team shall deliver a weekly written status report to the CO and COR on problems, accomplishments, and current status of all tasks. The report for the previous week is due by the close of business, the first working day of each week.
b) IRC Manual: The ProSidian Engagement Team shall review and update (if necessary) the existing IRC Manual describing the policies and procedures for administration of USTDA's Information Resource Center and deliver a copy to the COR within sixty (60) days after the start of contract performance. The ProSidian Engagement Team shall deliver a current copy of the updated and revised IRC Manual to the COR annually.
c) IRC Annual Calendar: The ProSidian Engagement Team shall deliver an IRC calendar of events, such as Record Management Information, records training, file clean-up days, inventory, and other contract milestones to the CO and COR within sixty (60) days after the start of contract performance. Within sixty (60) days after the start of each option period (if exercised) under this contract, The ProSidian Engagement Team shall deliver the IRC Annual Calendar to the COR.
Project Information Management System (PIMS) Reports: The ProSidian Engagement Team shall deliver reports from PIMS both on an ad hoc and on a regularly scheduled basis to the COR. The ProSidian Engagement Team must review the reports being produced on a routine basis and shall make

The position is responsible for administrative support and human resource services to maintain a uniform system of general administrative agency operations for all of its constituents, including internal and external customers.
Administrative Duties:
* Types manuscripts, correspondence, statements, tables and forms from corrected copy, rough draft or oral instruction.
* Opens, sorts, reads and distributes incoming correspondence; proofreads outgoing correspondence and reviews records for completeness and accuracy.
* Develops special forms and summaries using a variety of records in order to secure complete and accurate information; may take dictation using shorthand during Executive meetings.
* Acts as an intermediary for the supervisor maintaining frequent contacts with agency staff and customers; receives telephone calls and visitors; arranges for appointments and interviews; provides information to callers in regard to laws, rules, regulations and operational procedures governing the agency.
* Relieves the supervisor of operational details by assembling, compiling and summarizing data into a concise form and preparing reports.
