Job Summary and Qualifications
The Mail Clerk routes letters in reply to correspondence concerning such items as requests, EOBs, Insurance claims, additional information, incorrect billing, unsatisfactory service, or to request information. Enters an acknowledgement of the receipt of this information in the notes section of each account record along with any pertinent details.
In this role you will:
* Routes correspondence to the correct department for reply
* Performs filing of correspondence sent, received, or requiring further action
* Enters a notation on each record of the receipt of the correspondence, along with other pertinent information, as necessary.
* Comprehensive understanding of FDCPA and state specific laws related to third party collections / Will be trained with collectors
* Understanding of the E-Oscar tool to respond to FCRA disputes
* Must achieve passing score in training class for FDCPA test to move forward in position

* Minimum one-year related experience preferred, preferably in healthcare.

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Mail Clerk routes letters in reply to correspondence concerning such items as requests, EOBs, Insurance claims, additional information, incorrect billing, unsatisfactory service, or to request information. Enters an acknowledgement of the receipt of this information in the notes section of each account record along with any pertinent details.
**In this role you will:**
+ Routes correspondence to the correct department for reply
+ Performs filing of correspondence sent, received, or requiring further action
+ Enters a notation on each record of the receipt of the correspondence, along with other pertinent information, as necessary.
+ Comprehensive understanding of FDCPA and state specific laws related to third party collections / Will be trained with collectors
