Key Responsibilities of the Mail Clerk:
Sort incoming mail to prepare for scanning
Scan physical mail into digital form
Check incoming packages in and out via a shipment tracking app

Conduct multiple daily walkthroughs of our 3 floors in the building to maintain amenities stocking, straighten conference rooms, and re-stock print stations
Cross-train to have knowledge of Reception responsibilities in order to cover when needed
Assist with conference room setups when needed (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.)
Assist with print production process (lamination, cutting, etc.)
Assist colleagues with various requests in the mailroom

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Assist in maintaining the clinic with supplies, first aid materials, equipment, and necessary resource material and assist with yearly inventory of clinic.
Assist in performing special care procedures of students, (i.e., bathroom needs including diapering).
Assist in providing first aid to ill and injured students and coordinate injury reports in the absence of the nurse according to established policy and procedures.
Assist with students needing medication and record information under the direction of the school nurse.
Prepare various reports for parents and school personnel (i.e., health history forms, parent notification form, accident reports, and weekly/monthly reports).
Perform data entry of necessary health information in School Information Systems (S.I.S.) student records.
Type, duplicate, and file records, reports, and correspondence as needed.
Assist in the development of checklists and maintaining information to be used in compiling statistics for studies, surveys, or reports.
Maintain clinic rest area in a neat and orderly fashion.
Participate in required inservice opportunities.
Initiate health records for all new students.
Carry out established procedures for transfer of the care of an ill or injured child to the parent or guardian as directed by the school nurse.
