Conference Room Support Reset conference rooms with a focus on professionalism and hospitality, ensuring they are welcoming and ready for the next meeting. Wipe down tables, arrange chairs, remove trash, and restock supplies. Assist with meeting logistics, including room setup, catering, and beverage service, always ensuring a polished and client-ready experience. Office Supply & Snack Stocking Monitor and replenish office supplies, snacks, and beverages in common areas, maintaining an inviting and well-stocked environment. Onsite five days a week What this job involves This position is responsible for managing all aspects of mail and package services across the facility, including daily mail sorting and delivery, package logistics coordination, and site support services. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient mail operations and provide additional administrative support as needed. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Maintain logs for incoming mail from vendors, mail delivery to customers, and all packages Process and handle all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper routing and labeling Screen unclassified mail and determine appropriate distribution Handle special request mail responsibilities including UPS, Federal Express, and courier services Manage facilities requests in the account work order system and assist with moves, dock activity, and event setup/teardown Research and follow-up with customers regarding tracking mail and packages Physical Demands and Work Environment: Must be able to adequately perform required job functions including lifting, bending, and moving to perform job tasks safely Must be able to operate required mailroom machinery in a safe and approved manner Will be required to stand for long periods of time Must perform physical tasks such as lifting up to fifty (50) pounds Required Qualifications: High school diploma required At least two years of experience in related skills applicable to corporate mailroom operations Knowledge of current postal codes, procedures, and regulations Experience with UPS, Federal Express, and courier services Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to create and implement process and procedures for the department. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree preferred Previous experience in facility management or work order systems Customer service experience in corporate or business environment Experience with bulk mail processing and special mailing requirements Knowledge of mailroom equipment operation and maintenance Strong organizational and time management skills Monthly reporting Time card approval Estimated compensation for this position: 50,000.00 - 62,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
