Job Summary and Qualifications The Mail Clerk routes letters in reply to correspondence concerning such items as requests, EOBs, Insurance claims, additional information, incorrect billing, unsatisfactory service, or to request information. Enters an acknowledgement of the receipt of this information in the notes section of each account record along with any pertinent details.
