This position will be responsible for receiving and sorting all incoming mail, as well as processing all outgoing mail. This person will drive/deliver mail from Chino to Irvine, and occasionally to Baldwin Park.
General Responsibilities
* Process and sort day-to-day incoming mail
* Make daily courier runs/drives from Chino to Irvine and occasionally to Baldwin Park, and back
* Sort, lift and organize mail and packages to prepare for delivery
* Drive/Deliver mail along your assigned route
* Deliver mail and packages to appropriate associates/departments
* Maintain adequate mailroom supplies
* Coordinate with both internal and external couriers to schedule pickups and order supplies on behalf of our stores
* Provide lunch and break coverage for in-house in-house front desk
* Create badges for new associates
* Assist in the warehouse as needed
* Other responsibilities may include: Maintaining files, running errands for various departments, and assisting with answering phones

Position Summary
The Automotive DMV Title Clerk performs a wide range of administrative and office support duties associated with vehicle documentation, such as titles, registrations, license plates, and other vehicle or owner information. The other duty also is to help with inventory tracking, record keeping, and reporting.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Process DMV paperwork for new, used, and wholesale vehicles at the dealership in compliance with California state regulations.
Prepare and submit all legal vehicle transfer documents to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) in a timely manner.
Manage all vehicle documentation, including title transfers, registration paperwork, tax information, and lien releases.
Prepare purchase agreements, trade-in documentation, and ensure accuracy of buyer and seller data.

Qualifications:

Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience with court filings and procedural rules.
