EverView is seeking and immediately hiring Mail Inserter Operators - 2nd Shift to join our team for to help support and facilitate our growth and expansion of services! We offer a $1,000 sign on bonus, benefits and growth!

Shift: Immediately Hiring For 2nd Shift (FULL-TIME/PERMANENT)

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour PLUS $1,000 sign on bonus (pay increases with experience)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accuracy and quality of work run on an inserting machine
• Setting up and running an inserting machine
• Some mechanical setup is required during the setup process
• Ability to load and unload stock properly for the job to be run

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Ability to multi-task and operate multiple pieces of equipment at once
• A self-starter with a keen attention to detail
• Basic Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Good interpersonal skills

What You'll Do:

The Mail Inserter Operator [Internally titled Print Operator] will be responsible for operating various automated inserting equipment. You will also help prepare mail for entry into the USPS. This role requires a valid Driver's License with the ability and willingness to drive a company vehicle, when necessary.

Utilize your inserter operations background in a fast-growing company. We are expanding our team in our West Sacramento, CA Operations Center so you will be a part of further growth. This shift is Monday - Friday from 6:00 am - 2:30 pm & Saturdays at the end of the month. Overtime is likely during month end and high volume days.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

* Proven history of punctuality and a strong work ethic
* Willing to work flexible hours & overtime during peak production periods
* Basic PC skills in order to process jobs in a timely manner
* Ability to lift up to 60lbs
* Knowledge of Mailing/USPS procedures a plus
* Mechanical aptitude a must, knowledge of Pitney Bowes/Bell & Howell inserting equipment a plus
* Valid Driver's License and willingness to drive the company vehicle on occasion

Target Hourly Compensation: $21.00 / hr (equity offered in addition to base compensation)
