What Does A Mail Service Coordinator Do At Canon Business Process Services

* MAIL/PACKAGES/POUCHES_
* Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail & packages according to assigned floors and within established time frames.
* Wrap, seal, weigh, affix postage and dispatch all outgoing mail/packages in accordance with postal regulations.
* Prepare special outgoing inter-office pouches sent to client affiliates as scheduled (if applicable).
* Package and process outgoing overnight items, i.e. Federal Express, UPS, etc., to meet client and vendor deadlines.
* Log and deliver incoming overnight packages within established time frames.
* Log outgoing and incoming items as required and review for accuracy/completeness.
* SUPPLIES/COPYING/FAXING_
* Organize and distribute supplies to client employees as detailed in job requests.
* Verify and log orders upon delivery.
* Monitor inventory of copy supplies, stock paper and toner and keep supply area neat (inclusive of convenience copiers).
* Handle items for distribution to a segment of or all of client employees, affiliates, dealers, etc.
* Estimate runtime on the small to medium photocopy jobs.
* Check all copies produced for quality and accuracy.
* Produce bound copies of work when requested.

* The Mail Services Coordinator is responsible for the packaging, shipping and storing of pharmaceutical products and supplies under the supervision of a Staff Pharmacist and/or Warehouse Coordinator.
* Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Performs warehouse related functions and collaborates with other members of the Back-end team to assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
* Verifies that medication and supplies in package being shipped match the label on package.

* Pick up of USPS mail from the post office on schedule runs.
* Must be flexible with work schedule.
* Must have ability to effectively perform any position or shift held by staff members at client site.
* Keeps management informed on all operational issues.
* Provides quality control on daily work performed.
* Ability to prioritize and work with others.
* Ability to troubleshoot problems and resolve customer issues.
* Must be able to meet deadlines and understand the time issues involved in mail & package handling.
* Must have a validate driver’s license and a clean driving record.
* Hours of Work:
* Hours are Sunday – Friday 10:00pm – 7:00am & Saturday 1:00am – 9:30am.
* Days off are Saturday night and one other night during the week
