Maimonides Medical Center is the largest hospital in Brooklyn. An independent teaching hospital, Maimonides is at the forefront of innovative medicine. Good salary

Cons of working at Maimonides Medical Center

Zero respect for staff, all boss and no leadership. Not interested in employee advancement or work/life balance. Prepare to be a cog in the machine without any say and like it no matter how many years worked.

1199 though horrible in many ways provides great healthcare benifits. Be sure to be the "right" shade of POC before you assume that they have your back.

There are no leaders in Maimonides, only task masters.

Treating employees as humans instead of cogs without anything to contribute would be a good start. Have management take Leadership and Communication classes would not hurt.
