Steven Klohn serves as the Chief Information Officer for Main Event Entertainment, one of the largest Family Entertainment Center companies in the US. With a primary responsibility of creating technology strategies that result in business capabilities which differentiate the company, Steve’s organization is focused on delivering secure, reliable and scalable technologies to enable the business to best serve its guests and team members.For more than 23 years, Steve has been an innovative technology champion with a deep passion for growing people in their career journey. His technical career started in the United States Marine Corps where he served as a UNIX administrator. Prior to his role as CIO, Steve was the CTO for Brinker International. In this role, he was responsible for leading all technology and architecture aspects of IT to grow the business.In his spare time, Steve enjoys being outdoors, competitive BBQ and giving back to his community. Steve and his wife, Jennifer, live in Tioga, TX and have three children.

As senior vice president of operations for the Dallas division of Olive Garden/ Darden, Rob Viveros ensures that a variety of culinary, beverage, service and training initiatives are aligned with operator strategies at the division’s 119 restaurants, and that everyone is focused on delighting guests with a genuine Italian dining experience. He is a dedicated and passionate leader with a strong track record of translating an excellent guest experience into strong financial results. He excels in bringing out the best in others, developing new leaders and integrating the company’s seven principles into all restaurant operations, most notably “hold us to high standards” and “treat us with respect.”Viveros joined Olive Garden in 1994 as a manager-in-training and was promoted to general manager in 1995. In September 1996, Viveros was named director of operations and in 1999 was promoted to his current role as senior vice president of operations. Viveros is active in his community of Flower Mound, Texas, just outside of Dallas, where he lives with his wife and three sons. He is on the board of directors of The Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, The Boys and Girls Club, The Hispanic Youth Institute, The California Restaurant Association P.A.C. and the Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce.
