Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) * Education: Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapist program required. * License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) temporary/permanent license as a Physical Therapist required or in compliance with the state practice act. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
