Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) in a long-term care (LTC) facility provides skilled nursing care to residents, ensuring their health, comfort, and well-being. RNs oversee patient care plans, administer treatments, monitor for changes in condition, and collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality, resident-centered care. They also play a key role in supervising nursing staff, educating residents and families, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Essential Work Functions:
Assess patient or resident health, monitor for changes, and take appropriate action to ensure their well-being
Develop, update, and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the patient care team
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Observe residents for any medication reactions or changes in condition and report concerns to the healthcare provider
Provide treatments including wound care, IV therapy, catheter management, and other skilled procedures within scope of practice
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, delegating appropriately and ensuring residents receive quality care
Educate residents and families on medications, treatments, and managing chronic conditions
Document care provided, resident progress, and any health changes in a timely manner
Respond quickly to emergencies, delivering critical care and coordinating with medical teams when needed
Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
Adhere to facility safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards

Responsibilities:
- Performs routine preventative and corrective maintenance and testing on equipment Perform maintenance tasks to include - repairing and improving, from minor rebuilds to major overhauls on all equipment.
- Identify processing waste reduction opportunities and assist in reduction projects.
- Participate in preventative maintenance program to help reduce costs of operations through PM optimization.
- Dismantles, cleans, repairs and tests electrical, electronic and mechanical components to determine component-level failure
- Support equipment installations, retrofits and upgrades to include vendors and contractors

- Actively support NCE through SLC DOR, DER, GSTD's - DMAIC projects and Debriefs or shift handoffs
- Maintains preventative maintenance logs and accurate records of all testing and repairs
- Recommends equipment to be included in preventive maintenance programs. Perform Preventative Maintenance task to identify all potential mechanical and electrical issues with equipment throughout the plant. Rebuild worn-out, but reusable, pieces of equipment, such as gearboxes for scheduled PM's.
- Troubleshoot/ investigate and repair all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and utility systems including chillers, air compressors etc. Eliminates problems from recurring utilizing the Breakdown Analysis process
- Communicates directly with equipment suppliers, contractors and vendors as necessary
- Areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to -Production support - Mechanical Room- Water Processing - Boiler Room -Waste Water Treatment- Water Chemical Treatment Program
Qualifications:
Three or more years proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Prior experience with high and low pressure compressors, chillers, water treatment, boilers is preferred
Strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems (pneumatics), electrical systems, hydraulics and water processing is preferred
Knowledge of bottling equipment, PM programs and SAP system preferred
Successfully demonstrates strong mechanical abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with all employees.
Must have electrical knowledge of single and three phase power including the ability to diagnose and replace electric motors
Must be able to work and accomplish projects with little to zero supervision

How You Will Be Effective:
Clinical and Program Services: Oversees and directs all clinical and program services to ensure that residents receive necessary care.

What you will be doing
As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring building equipment for safety purposes and repairs. Troubleshooting refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical problems, performing repairs, documenting solutions, and making recommendations for further action.
Main Responsibilities
Make daily mechanical checks on equipment in the Mechanical Room, Roof, HVAC, EMS systems, refrigerated cases, and walk-ins. etc.
Maintain all refrigeration, HVAC, EMS systems, electrical, and mechanical systems, and make necessary repairs.
Performs preventative maintenance tasks, leak checks, inspections, and new equipment installations. Will record required information and maintain compliance forms and all other documentation in both paper form at the store and electronic in Corrigo and Refrigerant tracking System, based on the specific task.
Monitors preventive maintenance and construction project work done by outside contractors and notifies Area Refrigeration Manager of issues or problems with outside contractors.
Responsible for troubleshooting refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical problems, performing repairs, documenting solutions, and recommending further action.
Maintains a high technical level in troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Manage communications for service calls: Ensure timely responses as required.
Maintain current license, inspection, permit, and certificate requirements to meet all state and local codes.
Operates EMS building controls and automation systems: Fine-tune operating parameters, adjust set points and schedules, fully understand and modify building control sequences, and operate the EMS/BMS systems.
