Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care plans.

Administrative / Unit Secretary Duties:
Serve as the primary communication hub for the nursing unit.
Respond promptly and professionally to resident, family, staff, and provider inquiries.
Maintain and organize resident charts, documents, and electronic records.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring all paperwork and communication are accurate and timely.
Coordinate with multiple departments (nursing, therapy, dietary, housekeeping, etc.) to support efficient resident-centered care.
Provide transportation of residents to appointments as needed
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scheduling, ordering supplies, and tracking unit documentation.
Serve as a communication hub between nursing staff, residents, families, and departments.
