This is not a dunk tank system-hands-on work is required. Key responsibilities include: Loading parts into the machine Using a wand applicator to apply silver plating manually Removing, inspecting, and finishing parts after plating Maintaining a clean and orderly workstation Ensuring basic quality standards are met during the process Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of machine operation or industrial experience required Paint booth or coating experience is a plus No blueprint reading or micrometer use required Must pass a 5-panel drug screen No felony convictions within the past 7 years Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time Comfortable lifting parts during manual operation Visual acuity to monitor quality during the plating process Work Environment This role is based in a busy, fast-growing manufacturing environment where parts are custom-built and finished to exacting standards.
