Shift: Minimum of 24 weekend hours per scheduling period of which 12 hours are on the weekend. made, the facility is unable to employ or contract with a sufficient number of qualified STs who
meet the requirements of section 501; and (2) the health care facility makes a written record of its
efforts under (1) and retains the record at the facility.
4. If employed and not certified, or in the event certification lapses, individual is required to complete
30 hours of continuing education every 2 years. The individual is required to prove, to the
satisfaction of MLH, that the 30 hours was completed. The health system will also verify
completion.
