Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services. Assist in unit turnover and reconditioning for new residents. Location: Penitentiary Glen Reservation, Kirtland, OH Position Description: Under the direction of the Park Buildings and Grounds Manager at Penitentiary Glen Reservation, the part-time Building Maintenance Worker performs a wide range of building maintenance functions to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of park facilities. This position is responsible for maintaining public spaces and supporting facility operations through custodial, light construction, and repair work.
