- Monitors contractor performance and works closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to code, company safety and quality specifications.
- Individual is responsible for all onsite contractor management, including Contractor registration, Safety training, Contractor Risk Assessments, General Planned and unplanned inspections and documentation.
- Individual administers required safety training and audits to the maintenance staff and maintains documentation
- Maintains and/or schedules outside resources to maintain all life safety equipment including, but not limited to, Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Extinguishing apparatuses, and Fire related equipment.
- Performs general monthly inspections of maintenance equipment such as ladders, harness, and lanyard, lift equipment and transportation equipment.
- Individual will be required to develop certain standard operating procedures (SOP) for the maintenance group.
- Candidate will understand and enforce all company policies and procedures to keep the maintenance group and contractors compliant.
- Individual must maintain impeccable records and be prepared for internal and or external audits at a moment's notice.
- Perform business management duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports, and ordering supplies and equipment.
- Completes required documentation in the CMMS system.
