Education: Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline.
Experience: At least eight (8) years of experience with at least two (2) years of management experience preferred. Must have been a Maintenance Controller for T/M/S aircraft assigned for a minimum of two (2) years with previous documented "Safe to release aircraft Safe for Flight" authority. Have a full understanding of project requirements and how they interface with the daily maintenance tasks. Must have a strong knowledge of scheduled tracking systems to ensure tracking and compliance of all scheduled maintenance is accomplished IAW instructions. This person must have extensive technical knowledge of aircraft, machinery, facilities, and equipment. A strong mechanical aptitude is required in order to offer technical direction in all maintenance areas. This person must understand technical language terms in a relevant technical field. Complete knowledge and understanding of the NAVAIRINST 3710.1G and COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2B CH-1. This individual must have the ability to interact effectively with personnel at all organizational levels. This person must have knowledge of computerized maintenance programs (NALCOMIS).

Pay Rate: $39.90/Hour
Major Tasks Include:
• Perform all related robot preventative maintenance
• Ensure all incidents and ARC investigations are documented and centralized in database
• Reduce robot downtime event frequency and duration based on established goals
• Support development of maintenance program including preventative maintenance for robot equipment
• Assist with optimizing robot configuration to improve utilization
• Be responsible for housekeeping tasks
• Assist with robot SOPs for operations and troubleshooting
• Train and develop other site resources as backup
• Maintain radio contact with operations on all shifts
• Perform inventory
• Test and troubleshoot AWCS equipment and assist in optimizing up time
• Complete printer checks
• All other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment visa status
