**350+ pilots and with a similar number cabin attendants

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Approve aircraft for return to service

• Take aircraft out of service

• Assist with work orders

• Review & complete log entries and paperwork

• Communicate with crew members with issues that arise and coordinate a plan to either fix the issue or defer the issue

• Act as the liaison between Operations & Maintenance, keeping each team informed of maintenance status and timelines

• Maintain current and accurate aircraft maintenance status in FOS

• Perform Records reviews and audits

• Ensure all maintenance performed is in accordance with FAA and company manual requirements.

• Communicate with all company departments the current status of all aircraft with regards to Airworthiness status of company aircraft

• Coordinate all items required for return to service of AOG aircraft that are outside of company MX locations

• Coordinate resolution for deferred discrepancies with company maintenance or contracted maintenance vendors

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• Maintain a good client relationship with aircraft owners and aircraft maintenance clients

• Recommend policies and procedures within the maintenance department and interdepartmental procedures

• Assist DOM & QCM with updating and maintaining aircraft maintenance tracking databases

Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledgeable in all provisions of the GMM and those portions of the GOM relevant to maintenance

• Knowledgeable in the details of the Operations Specifications that are relevant to maintenance

• Knowledgeable in maintenance requirements pertaining to FAR Part 135 and other applicable regulations necessary for the proper performance of duties

• Sufficient training in programs necessary to ensure compliance and the ability to supervise properly

• Proficient in computer skills

• Ability to prioritize and use time effectively and maintain a strict attention to detail Additional Duties and Responsibilities

Provides daily oversight of all functional and operational activities in maintenance control of aircraft, and assists the Senior Maintenance Manager with daily operations. The maintenance controller assists in the operations of the maintenance departments per the COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2B CH-1. Defines and assigns responsibilities by shift, functions, and operations per directives. This position must ensure the full and effective employment of assigned personnel. Develops and maintains preventative maintenance programs. Ensures all work is scheduled and performed in a safe and efficient manner. Organizes the daily tasks and initiates the priorities to the work center supervisors. Provides management with data, in graphic and narrative form, necessary to make qualitative decisions about aircraft, equipment, test bench, SE, material condition, readiness, utilization, maintenance workload, and upcoming workload. This person must review NALCOMIS Reports, DBs SAME/FAME, and MESMs for accuracy, completeness, and content to provide mission-ready aircraft for the flight schedule. Ensures the oil consumption has been reviewed for each engine/gearbox prior to every flight (as required). They are required to update the aircraft W&B and configuration for each flight as applicable. Ensures aircraft are scheduled for inspections at the interval specified in the applicable MRCs. Reviews ADB to ensure all downing discrepancies and all flight safety QA inspections are signed off and a valid daily/turnaround inspection is completed. Ensures aircraft are properly configured for mission flight(s) IAW the fight schedule. This individual assists with planning meetings in advance of each phase inspection. This position requires assistance in the input of required data for the Monthly Maintenance Plan (MMP). Must be familiar with the individual aircraft FAD status and provide appropriate oversight and initiate supply priority and project codes. This person is responsible to assist in the determination of properly assigned cannibalization actions and approval requests. This person is required to conduct regular review and control of the assigned AWM. Coordinates and works closely with projects to ensure total maintenance accountability is maintained and directed from maintenance control. Schedules and holds periodic planning and informational meetings. Ensures all direct report employees and maintenance employees receive job and safety training. At times, this individual may be required to go on detachment and perform other duties as assigned. Release aircraft safe for flight.
Education: Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline.

Experience: At least eight (8) years of experience with at least two (2) years of management experience preferred. Must have been a Maintenance Controller for T/M/S aircraft assigned for a minimum of two (2) years with previous documented "Safe to release aircraft Safe for Flight" authority. Have a full understanding of project requirements and how they interface with the daily maintenance tasks. Must have a strong knowledge of scheduled tracking systems to ensure tracking and compliance of all scheduled maintenance is accomplished IAW instructions. This person must have extensive technical knowledge of aircraft, machinery, facilities, and equipment. A strong mechanical aptitude is required in order to offer technical direction in all maintenance areas. This person must understand technical language terms in a relevant technical field. Complete knowledge and understanding of the NAVAIRINST 3710.1G and COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2B CH-1. This individual must have the ability to interact effectively with personnel at all organizational levels. This person must have knowledge of computerized maintenance programs (NALCOMIS).

This position will work directly with warehouse operators in managing and improving robots as a superuser.

Pay Rate: $39.90/Hour

Major Tasks Include:
• Perform all related robot preventative maintenance
• Ensure all incidents and ARC investigations are documented and centralized in database
• Reduce robot downtime event frequency and duration based on established goals
• Support development of maintenance program including preventative maintenance for robot equipment
• Assist with optimizing robot configuration to improve utilization
• Be responsible for housekeeping tasks
• Assist with robot SOPs for operations and troubleshooting
• Train and develop other site resources as backup
• Maintain radio contact with operations on all shifts
• Perform inventory
• Test and troubleshoot AWCS equipment and assist in optimizing up time
• Complete printer checks
• All other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment visa status
• Must be able to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
• At least 6 months experience working with automated equipment
• At least 2 years experience in a distribution type role

Preferred Qualifications:
• Mechanical ability and experience in using power tools
• Knowledge of material handling equipment safety standards
• Previous maintenance experience
• Electrical troubleshooting skills
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills
