As a Maintenance Dispatcher, you lead, manage, and hold accountable Maintenance Techs. That means that you determine if work orders can be handled by the team, as you also schedule and dispatch them based on work orders.
You are great at multitasking so you manage work order completion from beginning to end in house work orders and also review and approve Tech time cards. You are proactive and enjoy coming up with ways to prevent problems before they happen and escalate issues as needed.

Under supervision from the Fox Facilities Maintenance Manager or Fox Maintenance Supervisor, Daytime Maintenance & Operations Colleagues perform custodial & housekeeping tasks, event set-ups and tear downs, and light maintenance tasks as assigned. Occasionally, Daytime Maintenance & Operations Colleagues will support event-based activities for matinees and daytime private events.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Working at the direction of Fox Leadership team to effectively complete assigned projects and tasks in a timely manner; with a high regard to quality that is consistent Olympia operating standards.
+ Perform daily general maintenance and detail-oriented janitorial tasks.
