About the Role
The Maintenance Electrician is a multi-functional technician responsible for effectively maintaining building systems and infrastructure in optimal condition.
* Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration, material handling and conveyance systems, robotics; walls and flooring; installed fixtures; roofing systems; lighting, etc.
* Executes equipment inspection and monitoring programs; defines and implements maintenance best practices to improve overall mechanical equipment uptime
* Continuously evaluates current maintenance, operations and reliability methods and implements changes to enhance effectiveness at increasing value-maximizing performance.
* Leads, trains, and supports maintenance team members as needed to develop individuals' skills and expand team capabilities.
* Demonstrates flexibility to work various shifts and alternative work schedules as needed.
* Moves throughout the facility extensively during shift to attend equipment and team members as needed.
Essential functions include performing preventive maintenance, repair, and other technical activities for the following:
* Building electrical systems, including power distribution and critical power systems such as UPS and generators.
* HVAC systems, including determining the frequency of PM and repair, reviewing logs as necessary, and escalating any problems or malfunctions with refrigeration, water cooling and air conditioning equipment; boilers, heating, ventilating and hot water equipment; pumps, valves, piping and filters; and related mechanical and electrical equipment.
* MHE (Material Handling Equipment), and Robotics, including electrical aspects of highly automated conveyor systems, to support a "One Team" environment that transcends electrical and mechanical responsibilities.
In addition, this position:
* Ensures the availability of an adequate inventory of tools and other supplies to operate the building, including preparing and submitting purchase orders requests, developing sources for stock materials, and performing periodic checks of inventory levels and equipment conditions.
* Oversees the activities of contractors working within the building either as representatives of the building itself or tenants.
* Identifies safety hazards within the building and escalates remediation to ensure the building's staff and occupants work in a safe environment.
* Ensures compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines related to the operation of the building's infrastructure. Alerts management to discrepancies.
* Maintains all building infrastructure and compliance documentation including up-to-date building drawings and single lines as well as documentation mandated for the purpose of maintaining regulatory compliance with Federal, State or Local law.
* Ensure that the CFWA (Critical Facility Work Authorization) is a well-understood process among the building staff, engineers, tenants, and contractors who perform work on the building's critical infrastructure.
* Demonstrates the proper use and care of tools and instruments, giving hands on instruction in basic maintenance, safety and troubleshooting procedures, recommending relevant outside engineering courses for enrolment, and instilling an overall level of professionalism in manner and appearance.
* Performs other operational tasks as assigned.
* Travel as required to support network needs.
Minimum Requirements
* 4+ years of experience with industrial electrical or facility maintenance.
* State journeyman electrician license and requirement to keep it active for duration of employment.
* High school diploma or GED equivalent.
* Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative work schedules as needed.
* Must be authorized to work within the hiring country without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with facility power distribution and critical power systems (including UPS and generators).
* Experience working with HVAC and fluid power systems, including plumbing and hydraulics.
* Experience working with electrical aspects of automated manufacturing or material handling equipment (MHE) or components, including conveyor systems, pneumatic systems, electric motors, and VFDs.
* Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.
* Experience working independently, mentoring others, and interfacing with clients.

As a Plant Manager/Journeyman Electrician, you are responsible for supervising ongoing field services support to solar, battery storage (BESS) or other renewable energy systems on a continual/on-demand basis in order to optimize equipment performance, troubleshoot/resolve equipment issues, support emergency repairs and other provide ongoing O&M compliance support. In this role you will assist with/and schedule all routine site inspections, maintenance projects, equipment & system testing, and other project compliance, troubleshoot or restoration matters. Plant Managers regularly participate in field support, training, and project safety orientations/classes in order to develop skills and technical expertise in one or multiple disciplines including PV array, inverter, medium voltage, BESS and other solar services.
The Plant Manager will be responsible for utility scale operations for the PVS2 site in Boise, ID. PVS2 is a 163 MW site, consisting of BESS / PV technology, primarily from vendors such as Tesla, Sungrow, Waaree, BYD, CATL. This position will manage 1 direct report.
The target start date for this position will be 12/1/25. QE Solar will train you for 4 weeks at one of our other Utility Operations locations. We ask that you are available to travel during your training period, and then Plant Manager duties will begin 01/01/2026.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and repair systems failures on existing solar sites, identify and correct potential issues that may impact site performance in the future. Diagnose/troubleshoot equipment failures and perform regular preventative maintenance on a variety of solar, BESS and other project equipment. Support field teams and clients via oversight/support of warranty matters regarding equipment and systems for use or replacement. Installs, removes, troubleshoots and the maintenance of solar, BESS and other related electrical equipment.
2. Manage field teams (both internal and external) performing work on site. Maintain scheduling of all internal field personnel. Assist in managing contractual and regulatory compliance for the plant.
3. Ensure a safe, event-free work environment through strict adherence to company and client protocols, safety procedures and regulations. Ensure compliance with all site specific plans, manuals, and safety requirements/safe best practices (e.g. lock-out/tag-out compliance, JHA completion, LDL testing, and compliance with all company safety policies or procedures and work practices).
4. Prepare service tickets and reports for site visits, emergency repairs, equipment modifications and equipment improvement investigations. Provide reports, written and oral communication in a timely and complete fashion.
5. Communicate with company leadership, project leads/managers, clients and third-party sub-contractors to ensure timely resolution to all required activities;

Effectively manages resources (tools, equipment, staffing) within crew.
Reads and understands estimates, with the assistance of project management or superintendent, as a part of the installation and layout of a project.
Consistently provides feedback and coaching to crew members including utilizing the Field Evaluation form/process.
Takes the initiative to run a thorough ORM. Is conscious of safe and unsafe acts on the jobsite and addresses and eliminates hazards accordingly. Consistently enforces and promotes workplace safety procedures (weekly toolbox talks, weekly safety audits, appropriate documentation, etc.)
Actively mentors and develops others within projects and crews.
Supports usage of Faith internal resources to include, but not limited to Excellerate, Precon, APC, Productivity, Engineering, Estimating, etc.
Maintains compliance with company policies; consults with HR and/or Workforce Managers (PM if appropriate) to ensure consistent corrective measures are taken, and documentation completed.
Demonstrates excellent customer relations through utilization of effective problem-solving techniques.
Actively participates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Position Summary
In this role, you will report to the Property Manager and partner with them to ensure apartment homes and facilities are maintained to 11Residential's quality standards. You will be the leader for all maintenance related activities and projects at your dedicated site. You will also leverage your knowledge and expertise to train and develop other maintenance team members when applicable.
What You'll be Doing
Supervise and schedule maintenance activities for the community.
Determine weekly service request and apartment make-ready schedules.
Work closely with the Property Manager and communicate when apartments are ready to be shown.
Periodically check the progress of each maintenance team member.
Complete or support the completion of all repairs, replacements, and necessary updates for apartments to be occupied.
Confirm all trash from apartments is cleaned out before, during and after make-ready activities.
Regularly inspect equipment and make recommendations for any repairs or replacements.
Conduct one-on-one training with employees that may need to polish current skills or wish to learn new skills.
Coordinate, schedule, and respond to service requests for occupied apartments.
Periodically complete written property safety audits.
Order supplies and manage maintenance budget.
Provide input to Property Manager in determining needs for next fiscal year's budget.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
2+ years of experience in multifamily property maintenance, facility maintenance, or another related field is required.
Must be able to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, electronic systems, appliances, HVAC, pool and spa equipment or any other systems at the dedicated community.
An EPA Type II or EPA Universal license is preferred.
A Valid driver's license is required.
Available to be on a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies outside of normal working hours.
High School Diploma/GED required.
Must be able to work on-site. This position is not eligible for remote work.
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $24 to $26 per hour.
