Seeking a highly qualified Building Maintenance Manager to oversee, coordinate and manage the operation and maintenance of all Refrigeration, Boilers, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire/Life systems in a 27/7 commercial food service kitchen, in addition to managing a fleet of hi-lift trucks for aircraft catering, ramp vans, and other company vehicles. Essential Functions: Provide leadership, supervision, and schedule of the Maintenance Team, tasks specific to skills, training in all kitchen facility operations, and encourage ideas, methods, and processes for improvement. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Minimum Qualifications: 1 year of experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing facility, or completion of an acredited industrial electrician technician schooling program. Experience with equipment maintenance, technical understanding, technical zeal, and others. Familiarity with drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics. Must be able to work any shift as required, overtime, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience as an electrician in a manufacturing facility.
