**Job Summary**
The Journeyman Lineman is responsible for performing diversified work related to the construction and maintenance of poles, power lines, auxiliary facilities, and equipment for the distribution of electricity. This position supports the Line team and works with other personnel from the department.
**Pay Rate:** $44.00 - $50.00 per hour
***** There is no per diem or housing provided in this role.**
Responsibilities
+ Construct, maintain, and inspect transmission and distribution of electrical or power lines.
+ Provide technical skills needed for the operation and maintenance of reliable electrical services for the consumer, completing jobs with quality and timeliness.
+ Provide for connecting and disconnecting, installing and removal, moving and transferring of various electrical devices on customers' facilities, i.e. transformers, transformer banks, regulators, switches, switching devices, capacitor banks, etc.
+ Route or reroute power lines over, under, or around existing lines and structures.
+ Inspect and/or remove power lines that are damaged.
+ Assist in carrying poles, digging holes, and other such operations involved in setting or replacing poles.
+ Perform line switching or sectionalizing, as directed.
+ Assist in on-the-job training of apprentices and other crew members in maintenance and construction of power lines.
+ Troubleshoot electrical problems on customer equipment.
+ Drive bucket truck to jobsite and maintain truck stock.
+ Investigate consumer complaints and make repairs to energized electrical distribution lines, as needed.
+ Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma, or equivalent.
+ 3 years of lineman experience.
+ Journeyman Lineman's certification.
+ OSHA 10 certification.
+ Valid Class A CDL is required.

Job Summary
The Journeyman Electrician independently installs and maintains electrical systems for modular homes at Mytikas Industries's Florence production facility. This role troubleshoots and repairs electrical issues, ensures compliance with code and safety standards, and collaborates with production teams to meet build schedules and quality expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Install electrical systems independently, including outlets, light fixtures, and wiring, in modular homes.
Maintain and repair electrical systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose root causes, and resolve problems efficiently.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes (e.g., NEC) and safety standards, including grounding and circuit protection.
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to execute installations accurately.
Perform routine maintenance on electrical tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with production teams to meet project deadlines and quality requirements.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical systems (required, as provided).
3-5 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a manufacturing or construction setting.
Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent required (as provided).
Proficiency installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes (e.g., NEC) and safety practices.
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
OSHA safety training.
Experience guiding Entry-Level electricians in a production setting.
Work Environment / Schedule
Onsite at Mytikas Industries's production facility in Florence, Colorado.
Production-driven environment requiring adherence to safety standards and PPE (e.g., gloves, safety glasses, insulated tools).
Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (40 hours total).

JOB DUTIES
* In-depth understanding of installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical equipment and related devices.
* Determines general condition of all electrical equipment, can troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, and determine the extent of necessary repairs.
* Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to specify the layout of electrical systems.
* Identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects.
* Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or upgrades to customers, effectively explaining the benefits to drive sales.
* Evaluate customer requests and provide work order descriptions and straightforward pricing.
* Provide technical guidance to peers and onsite technicians.
* Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
* Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.
