Able to utilize and interpret blueprints, schematics, ladder diagrams, and engineering specifications to determine work and troubleshooting procedures. A team-oriented mindset; willingness and ability to take on other functional roles in the facility as needed. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of VFDs, PLCs, and manipulating parameters and machine functions via HMIs. Experience with high-speed packaging machinery, robotic cells, and servo drives. Basic knowledge and troubleshooting common industrial communication networks and protocols. Process instrumentation and sensor testing, calibration, and troubleshooting. Physical Demands Standing and walking up to 8 hours. Able to lift and carry 25 to 50 lbs.
