Capable of working safely at heights, including on roofs and ladders, while following Solar Impact protocols and OSHA safety regulations A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurability for driving company vehicles are necessary Candidates should exhibit the ability to work both independently and as part of a team effectively Meeting attendance requirements consistently is important for this position Successful completion of a background/MVR check and pre-employment physical and drug screen is mandatory Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required Attention to detail in all tasks is crucial Proficiency with computers, particularly MAC/iOS systems, is preferred Previous experience in solar and/or roofing is a plus OSHA 10 certification is preferred Experience as a crew lead is preferred
