Strong experience developing and managing work order systems, preferably using CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, eMaint). Deep knowledge of world‑class maintenance strategies such as RCM, TPM, PdM, and Lean Maintenance. Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building abilities. Knowledge of relevant regulatory and safety requirements (e.g., OSHA, PSM, EPA). Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contractors, and cross‑functional initiatives.
