The mission of the Maintenance Manager is to manage maintenance functions for a facility. Areas included are building utility systems, equipment maintenance and building and grounds maintenance. There are times where work is needed to be performed outside of these normal business hours and the expectation is that the maintenance department will do the required hours and work to complete the necessary tasks. Almost all work done will be completed indoors but the maintenance department is required to maintain the exterior of the building and all company land and property.
