    We currently have a need for full-time experienced Lead Foreman level Electricians for work in the Indianapolis and some of the surrounding counties! Dilling Vehicle included!!! Much of the work being performed will be in a heavy industrial environment. Some of our customers include steel mills, food and beverage facilities, chemical facilities, orthopedic facilities, plastics, and automotive manufacturing. Examples of our work include: Distribution systems -120 through 480 volts Low-voltage systems (less than 120 volts) Power Factor/Quality Troubleshooting and Correction Automation and Control System Emergency Generators and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) Medium-voltage wiring, switch gear, devices, and feeds Plant startups Primary Responsibilities can include: Must have some leadership skills and have experience running crews of up to 5 Apprentice and Journeymen. Commercial and Industrial electricians install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and parts, such as control panels, motor control centers, switch-gears, transformers, bending conduit rigid, EMT, OKAL etc. This position requires extensive knowledge of electrical components as well as electrical safety codes and regulations. Must be professional, technical, and mechanically proficient. Skills needed from the Ideal Candidate: Previous industrial and commercial electrical experience Proficient with knowledge of bending conduit, threading, and operating benders such as Green lee 555, 854 and 881 Hydraulic table benders Ability to lead a crew of 3 or more Apprentice/Journeymen Manage time and day to day activities for the position. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, circuit schematic drawings, and understand lay out specification for lighting, electrical wiring, equipment, and devices.
