Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Mechanic What This Job Involves The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for supporting the operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment and systems within assigned facilities. This position works alongside Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Maintenance Technicians, performing various maintenance and repair tasks independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth functioning and safety of building operations. Your Day-to-Day Tasks Will Include: Maintaining lighting system bulbs and ballasts Assisting the operations team in the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment Performing general interior maintenance such as HVAC/R coil cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, and kitchen equipment maintenance (meat grinder, cuber, meat saw, slicers, etc.) Completing minor plumbing repairs Executing special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance as assigned Being on call for after-hours emergencies Complying with all safety procedures and maintaining good housekeeping and safety in work areas Physical Demands and Work Environment: Must have ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs.
