Provides assistance to lower level technicians and leadership to small teams. Performs more advanced functions as a part of training and development. Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate May be required to travel. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage residential electrical projects from inception to completion. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings. Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes. Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations and recommendations. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Qualifications: Valid Master Electrician license in the state of Tennessee. Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential electrical work. Proven leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with electrical tools, equipment, and testing devices. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
