Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, schematics, and wiring diagrams; familiarity with ladder logic and basic PLC troubleshooting. Proficient using electrical test equipment (multimeter, clamp meter, megohmmeter, insulation tester); ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Experience working with CMMS/EAM systems to manage work orders and maintenance records. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Effective verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with operations, engineering, and management. Electrical safety training (e.g., NFPA 70E), lockout/tagout, and confined space awareness preferred. Physical and work environment Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb ladders, and work at heights or in confined spaces. May be exposed to high and low temperatures, noise, and moving production equipment; appropriate PPE must be used.
