Position Overview We are seeking a versatile and experienced Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of electrical and mechanical systems for industrial equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in supporting uptime, safety, and reliability of production assets. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional maintenance experience and be comfortable working with hydraulics, pneumatics, control systems, and heavy machinery. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain both electrical and mechanical components on industrial machinery Perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime Diagnose system malfunctions and implement effective solutions to restore functionality Work with 480V 3-phase wiring, control systems, sensors, and automation equipment Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems across various production machines Use multimeters and diagnostic tools to assess electrical and control system performance Support installation and integration of new equipment and machinery Read and interpret technical schematics and equipment manuals Collaborate with other departments to support production schedules and continuous improvement Maintain compliance with safety standards, LOTO, and facility policies Qualifications Minimum 5 years of combined electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, and industrial automation Proficient with hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repairs Experience with AC/DC drives, servos, analog/digital I/O, sensors, and PLC-controlled equipment Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or within a team Basic computer skills for maintenance logs and documentation Spanish-speaking ability is a plus Why Join AST?     An electrician at McMarro Family Restaurants is part of a facilities team. The team as a whole play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of 46 McDonald's restaurant. Our electricians focus on the maintenance and repair of various restaurant equipment and the electric needs of our buildings. This job requires our electricians to drive to different locations daily, work during different hours of the day and different days of the week.
