Out in the field, you assist an HVAC Technician or Journeyman Electrician in servicing and maintaining HVAC and electrical systems. You are mentored and trained on everything from how to provide excellent customer service to how to properly service HVAC and electrical equipment. To excel in this position you work hard, pay close attention to what you're being taught, and do whatever is asked of you. You thrive as you interact with customers and fellow employees and enjoy being apart of our team. You also complete your learning management courses in order to learn the trade.
