Duties and Responsibilities Assists in overseeing contractors used in minor construction projects such as; curb cuts, lead walks, door/gate repairs, electrical repairs and wiring, pump and motor replacement, roof repairs, plumbing, etc. Coordinates with Parts Department and/or Facilities Project Manager to care, store, and account for inventories used in activities. Recommends to supervisors to stock or re-stock needed materials, supplies, and equipment.
