An Industrial Maintenance Electrician performs a large variety of electrical trade functions such as the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment for the generation, distribution, and utilization of electrical energy. Assist supervisor in planning, scheduling and assigning various jobs.
Order parts and materials for electrical department from warehouse and purchasing department as required to install and maintain equipment.
Locate, diagnose and repair troubles in electrical systems and equipment.
Works with electrical hand and power tools, measuring and testing instruments.
Assist maintenance millwrights in dismantling or partially dismantling machines and mechanical equipment to diagnose source of trouble and make vital repairs or adjustments as required.
Uses and interprets for others complicated blueprints and drawings.
