Basic Qualifications:
Must Possess a WI State Indentured Journeyperson Maintenance Mechanic Millwright Card.
Experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.

• Assists other maintenance personnel in various maintenance and construction tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities (Top 5-6)
Notifies Marsh Operations Manager of safety issues and/or accidents immediately
Communicate effectively in group situations and with workers to accomplish goals.
Oversee daily operation of the cranberry cleaning station and fresh fruit plant, including receiving, screening, separating, drying, and quality-grading processes.
Competent with production tracking systems, scales, lot coding, and inventory recording.
Maintain optimal flow of fruit through the cleaning system and fresh fruit plant to meet production targets.
Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget; control costs and track KPIs.
Position Requirements:
Three plus years of previous related agricultural experience preferred.
Experience with food safety programs (HACCP, GMPs, SQF, or equivalent).
Capable of troubleshooting mechanical issues and coordinating maintenance.
Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving history.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills

Requirements
* Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
* Must hold a valid journeyman card, indicating successful completion of an accredited apprenticeship program;
OR
* Associates Degree in one or more of the following:
* Electromechanical
* Electrical Engineering Technology
* Electrical System Maintenance
* 5 years of relevant experience in pulp and paper industry preferred
* Ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime
* Respond to emergency call-ins (in accordance with the labor contract)
* Proven ability to work safely
Responsibilities
* Must follow Ahlstrom's manufacturing and hygiene processes, procedures, and policies, as applicable to the position's areas of responsibility, in order to meet and maintain the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements for each grade of paper.
Physical Demands
