Shift Schedule: Second Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our production support team. In this role, you'll perform a variety of mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and performance of equipment used in our operations. This position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, performing scheduled maintenance, and identifying improvement opportunities for equipment performance. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical and electrical systems in a production environment. Carry out preventive maintenance and overhaul procedures on motors, conveyors, and machinery. Conduct precise adjustments and component replacements to meet equipment specifications. Use test instruments to verify electrical functionality and troubleshoot wiring or component issues. Install and align mechanical drives and systems as needed. Perform lubrication services according to manufacturer guidelines. Document maintenance activity and maintain accurate service records. Participate in continuous improvement efforts and suggest enhancements to maintenance processes. Assist with onboarding and training of junior maintenance personnel. Support safety initiatives and ensure work complies with all regulations and best practices. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Strong background in both mechanical and electrical systems. Competent with tools such as drill presses, power tools, band saws, and measuring devices. Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Prior completion of relevant technical certifications is preferred. Associate degree in a technical field is a plus.
