Basic skills in carpentry/painting/drywall and general repair. Foundational understanding of commercial electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems (apprentice or supervised experience welcome). Familiarity with ServiceChannel or similar CAFM/FMS. Strong work ethic: punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and safety-minded. Friendly, professional, and patient communicator (verbal & non-verbal). Clean, professional appearance and great customer service instincts. Ability to choose and use the right tools safely and effectively. Valid Driver's License and willingness to work flexible hours. Multi-site facilities maintenance experience (essential). Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systems according to the established schedule. Keep accurate records of all inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as local fire marshal requirements. Maintain EPA Universal Certification and stay updated on all relevant legislation, including EPA regulations and South Coast Air Quality District regulations related to “CFC” and refrigerant handling laws.
