Job Responsibilities:
Actively participate in Line Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and execution of the daily plan, including reporting results of the previous 24 hours: Project Management, number of breakdown, insights from completed PM cards maintenance log.Support development and lead portions of Line Daily Direction Setting, 90-Day loss-elimination plans and the annual maintenance plan Own the Maintenance, Planning and Scheduling System. Lead the scheduling of maintenance work as dictated by the annual maintenance plan and previously identified work during the monthly meeting Own the breakdown elimination DMS and drive breakthrough results in Planned and Unplanned downtime and accountable to deliver KPI-ResultsServe as a coach and resource for the line team and actively participate in Line DDS-DMS meetings and execution of the maintenance plans.Act as the liaison between the Operational cell team and Asset care team Lead the review of the previous job completion results, other maintenance activities and today's plan in the Daily Meeting. Plans should be adjusted accordingly based upon scheduled work, scheduled work completion and break in work.Ensure the revision and updating of “Maintenance Technical Documentation”.Coordinate with the Maintenance Planner on additional data needed for PM system - ensure information and data are accurate to the planner, and reflect priorities of cell team, (notifications, work order backlog, Daily PM schedule) Responsible for the skills and capability of the cell maintenance team and operator AM SkillsOwns and track the cell maintenance budget Responsible for the analysis of failure themes Owns the creation and verification of role validations May be required to flow to maintenance work on an infrequent basis Weekends and daily overtime required if needed.Other duties as assigned

How You Will Spend Your Days as an Industrial Equipment Maintenance Lead:

• Maintain work area; maintain all equipment in a clean, safe working condition.
• Follow all instructions and guidelines as outlined by direct supervisor.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs as directed by direct supervisor.
• Make basic equipment repairs according to manufactures specifications.
• All repairs must be made in compliance with established lockout/Tag out procedures
• Maintain and complete all equipment records in neat and orderly fashion.

Qualifications
:


Must have a minimum of one-year experience in two of the following areas: heating, cooling, electrical, television, plumbing or telephone service. Must possess a high school diploma or GED. Must be able to read, write, speak and understated English. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures. Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.



Essential Job Functions:



Performs preventive maintenance and repair duties on all building mechanical systems, equipment and tools. Operates and repairs energy management equipment. Operates life safety systems, maintenance and repair in public areas and guest rooms. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to departmental and company policies.



Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands:



Must be able to work in extreme temperatures as hot as 115 degrees or as low as 10 degrees below zero. Must be able of responding to aural cues in full audible range in high noise conditions and be able to respond to visual cues and possess color perception. Must be able to stoop, bend, jump, carry heavy loads, and run on level surfaces, as well as, up and down stairs. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to quickly maneuver around casino and hotel areas. Must be able to tolerate second hand smoke. Must possess coordination and dexterity to work with power and hand tools, such as, drills, electric saws, hammers, sewer snakes, etc. Must be able to think clearly and respond calmly in emergency situations. Must be able to learn and retain locations, operation and repair procedures of the property's equipment, mechanical systems and life safety systems.
