About the role
You're the go-to problem solver who makes the Ultimate Fitness Experience possible. Using ServiceChannel, you'll manage work orders, knock out repairs, and keep our clubs safe and functional-with plenty of high-five moments from happy teammates.
What you'll do
Manage and close out facility work orders in ServiceChannel, meeting KPI timelines.
Prioritize urgent repairs and proactively communicate changes or delays.
Perform routine club inspections to spot hazards and maintenance needs.
Handle hands-on fixes: carpentry, tile, painting, drywall, and general building repairs.
Complete assigned plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
Keep managers and the Facilities team updated on repair status and timelines.
Travel between assigned clubs in your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
Support after-hours/emergency on-call needs as scheduled.
Attend required meetings and follow all club, service, and emergency procedures.
What you bring
1-4 years of facilities experience (preferred).
Basic skills in carpentry/painting/drywall and general repair.
Foundational understanding of commercial electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems (apprentice or supervised experience welcome).
Familiarity with ServiceChannel or similar CAFM/FMS.
Strong work ethic: punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and safety-minded.
Friendly, professional, and patient communicator (verbal & non-verbal).

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer with experience in the oral solid dosage (OSD) pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment and facility systems to support safe, compliant, and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on solid oral dosage equipment, including:
Blenders, granulators, mills.

Strong understanding of cGMP, FDA, and safety regulations.
Hands-on experience with tablet compression, encapsulation, granulation, and coating equipment.
Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.

About the Role:
Join us to keep a high-performing plant safe and running! You'll champion LOTO and safe practices, pull equipment for service when needed, perform preventive maintenance, and secure parts to cut downtime. Job Overview
The Maintenance Engineer II maintains the physical structure and equipment of the store, ensuring they remain in good working order. Your tasks will range from performing regular inspections and managing janitorial duties to overseeing building security systems. The Facilities Technician will play a hands-on role in supporting our team and helping maintain a safe, functional, and clean work environment.
JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Maintain and monitor building access systems, including issuing and managing key scan badges.
Perform daily building maintenance tasks, such as cleaning glass entryways, managing spills, and ensuring light fixtures are functioning.
Ensure the proper operation of telecommunication equipment, including VOIP systems and office phones.
Assist in organizing company events, managing kitchen supplies, and maintaining first aid kits.
Inspect and maintain fire extinguishers, AEDs, and other safety equipment.
Monitor and inspect corporate grounds to ensure they meet safety and visual standards.
Provide backup support to the Facilities Manager and perform necessary tasks in their absence.
Assist with various other facilities-related tasks as needed.
Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs, including:
Basic plumbing (leaks, fixtures, clogs)
Light electrical tasks (bulbs, outlets, switches)
Doors, locks, hardware, and furniture
Perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned (checklists, inspections, equipment monitoring).
Respond to facilities service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Support HVAC, fire/life safety, access control, and building systems under supervision.
Assist with space setup for meetings, events, and office moves.
Conduct regular building and grounds inspections, report safety or maintenance concerns.
Maintain work order documentation and service logs.
Follow safety procedures, building policies, and compliance requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and storage rooms.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous general maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles as required.

Compensation & Benefits:
This non-exempt, full-time position offers a starting salary range of $45,000 to $47,000 annually, paid semi-monthly. Eligible benefits include a 401K matching program and discretionary yearly contributions, with detailed information provided at the final interview stage.
In your first year, you will receive 10 paid vacation days, 8 paid personal days, 8 scheduled holidays, and 3 floating holidays. After one year, you'll have access to a generous short-term disability program, with premiums fully covered by the company. Employees are insured at 100% of their salary for the first 6 weeks and 66 2/3% for weeks 7 to 12.
As a non-exempt role, you will also be eligible for overtime and double time pay according to employee handbook guidelines. Additional variable compensation may include a discretionary year-end bonus based on overall company performance.
