We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead capital improvement initiatives and manage the repair and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in electrical and mechanical systems within a manufacturing setting, be thoroughly familiar with maintenance protocols and OSHA safety standards, and demonstrate proficiency in administrative functions such as KPI tracking, budget management, and ADP staff approvals. Essential Duties / Responsibilities Proven track record of developing and leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment. Lead and direct 13 maintenance technicians (across four shifts) one maintenance planner, and one procurement clerk, equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventative maintenance. Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation. Work closely with Plant Engineer and Controls Engineer on capital projects and day-to-day plant issues. Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues. Check electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality. Purchase and manage all related maintenance supplies and plant equipment repair parts for all equipment in the facility. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities. Actively promotes a safe work environment through training and adherence to safety protocols Education / Experience Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 7 years Maintenance Management Experience OSHA 30 Hour Certification preferred Electrical Installation Certification preferred Experience with both air and water permit requirements. Ability to work flexible hours to support 24/7 plant operations. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis, including lifting at shoulder level or above.
