Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for CAPEX projects aimed at automation and efficiency improvements. · Work closely with the engineering team to design, develop, and test equipment for CAPEX projects. · Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, parts procurement, and CAPEX project details · Identify and source the necessary parts and components for equipment maintenance and repair. Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms with part suppliers. ·Prepare and deliver the yearly R&M Operations Budget.
