A current Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM) certificate is preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities + Must be knowledgeable with the various codes and standards applicable to the O&M tasks covered by the PWS, TJC, NFPA, EPA, and OSHA codes and standards. + Knowledgeable and skilled in the operation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, fire systems and security systems. + Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and PPE procedures. + Ability to conduct accident investigations and safety inspections. + Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. + Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills. + Strong written and oral communication skills.
