Maintain meticulous records and provide cost-saving initiatives for review. * Implement preventative maintenance plans, being on call for after-hours emergencies, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety laws. This includes conducting regular property inspections and maintaining a safe, drug, and alcohol-free workplace. * Actively mentor and train maintenance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a highly skilled team capable of delivering efficient and effective maintenance services.
