Summary of position : The Maintenance Manager has the overall reporting responsibilities to the Director of Maintenance and CEO. This position will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of airworthiness of the certificate holders (Prime Jet) aircraft, as assigned to include monitoring quality and efficiency of maintenance. Skills & Requirements : Must hold and maintain FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate (A&P). Minimum of 10 years of inspection, troubleshooting and repair of large category transport aircraft. (Exception - an individual that has been a pilot on that aircraft type for more than 10 years, has been to a OEM initial training course for that airframe and has an Airframe and Powerplant license.) Experienced in Gulfstream airframes and related powerplants. Experience in providing budgets and projections of corporate aircraft for scheduled, nonscheduled and interior upkeep or required modifications. Detail oriented, with excellent organizational and task management skills. Must be able to communicate concisely and effectively both verbally and in email/written communication.
