    Full-time Description Summary/Objectives The Installation Supervisor is to handle all aspects of the installation process associated with a store. This includes scheduling, handling complaints and claims and otherwise being responsible for dealing with both employed and contract installers. In addition, this individual is responsible for communicating with customers regarding the installation process. Requirements Essential Functions The Installation Supervisor has the following specific responsibilities: 1. Maintain a schedule for installation jobs. 2. Ensure that all members of the installation staff comply with store and company policy, specifically as it relates to the dress code and professional appearance. 3. Establish a list of qualified sub-contractors who can be retained to perform installation jobs. 4. Ensure that all sub-contractors submit all required paperwork necessary to perform work contracted for by Great Floors. 5. Meet regularly with sub-contract installers to review procedures which must be followed in order to perform work for Great Floors. 6. Review customer claims and complaints and supervise their resolution with installers and/or manufacturers. 7. Participate in regular staff meetings with other store department heads for the purpose of monitoring and improving store performance. 8. Promote customer relations by ensuring that entire installation staff interacts professionally with customers. 9. Ensure that safety procedures and practices are followed by all members of the installation staff.
